What are your business hours?

Our core business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time). However, we are generally available 24/7 — even outside of regular hours, you can reach us by phone via our answering service, which forwards urgent matters. Please note: While we do our best to respond quickly at all times, responses outside of core hours may be delayed depending on the nature and urgency of your request.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We primarily accept credit card payments, which are securely processed through our partner Stripe. Bank transfers are also possible upon request. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.

Can I get a full refund?

It depends on the type of booking you made. Each rate comes with its own refund policy, which is clearly stated during the booking process. Typically, we offer flexible rates that can be fully refunded up to 7 days before arrival, as well as discounted non-refundable rates. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms on your booking confirmation or contacting our team directly if you're unsure about your specific case.

What is your return policy?

Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm. Upon request and subject to availability, an early check-in can be arranged for an additional fee. Our check-in process is fully flexible and contactless, allowing you to arrive and enter the apartment independently at any time. Depending on the property, we use either key safes or smart lock systems. In case of any issues, we always have a backup solution ready to ensure a smooth arrival. You'll receive all check-in details and access instructions well in advance.
